Hat-bazaar is the main center of economic activities of the upazila. In these bazaars, one or two days a week, the place is used as a bazaar on the remaining days. Although not all such products are offered for sale in the market, locally produced pomegranates, bananas, vegetables, fish, milk and other perishable goods are sold in the market. In this case, the grocery stores located in the market provide the necessary groceries according to the needs of the buyers.
